RETURN:

We take hygiene very seriously and prioritize the safety of our customers. Due to this reason, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

WE DO ACCEPT EXCHANGE IF:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • You receive defect product (not applicable if you purchase our defect product)
  • You purchase a wrong size

With this terms & conditions:

  • The product only can be exchanged and (NOT REFUND)
  • It is necessary to submit the complete unboxing video to Aiko, without any cuts
  • You can initiate a exchange request for a product within a maximum of Day+7 after its arrival, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking information stating its delivered
  • The product is eligible for exchange only if it is in new condition and has not been opened from its original packaging, including vacuum packs and other forms of primary packaging.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE IF:

  • The product has been opened from its original packaging, including vacuum packs and other forms of primary packaging.
  • The product that has been used
  • The product does not have unboxing video
  • There’s any damaged, lost, or stolen item during the delivery process. We will do our best to assist you in contacting the courier, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee any specific results or outcomes, as the courier is solely responsible for their services. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
